I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. I raced Motorcycles professionally for over 35 years and met Hal Gottsacker at the Sturgis Motorcycle Drag Races in 1997. We raced all over the country for over 8 years and in 2005 was offered an opportunity to work with for the Gottsacker's and their Harley-Davidson dealerships. I moved to New Braunfels ,Texas and worked as a salesman at Javelina Harley-Davidson. Then, in 2006 moved to my new home, Gruene Harley-Davidson where I am very fortunate to work in the industry that most people dream about. I love my job, I still get to race, with my son who has won 3 National Drag Racing Championships with AHDRA (sponsored by the Gottsackers) and I look forward to many more years selling bikes and fulfilling customers dreams!

Elly Montemayor - General Merchandise Manager

I have been working for the Gottsacker Family for 10 years, beginning my career at Alamo City Harley-Davidson in 1999 and moving to my new home here at Gruene Harley-Davidson in 2006. I have been the General Merchandise Manager for the last 3 years and I really enjoy my job. I think the best part of my job is meeting all the Harley owners and riders that come to our shop and I take pride in our dealership because I was given the opportunity to take part in the set up of the store. I am thankful for what a wonderful team I have the pleasure of working with and interacting with on a daily basis and what we have built in 3 years. Along with my job as the merchandise buyer, I enjoy working closely with our H.O.G. Group, coordinating events, playing on our dealerships softball team, participating in city groups and organizations, and making sure our dealership takes part in promotions and specials.
